The new brand “Tatsu” is being set up by a team of seasoned and already successful catering entrepreneurs, who opt for the attack despite the Covid19 crisis – with a major impact on the catering sector. With the rebranding and upgrade of the previous concept, in combination with the renovation of the two branches in Haarlem, resulting in a high-end and luxurious interior, the entrepreneurs are responding to new opportunities and trends in the market.
The high-end and luxurious decor of the branches, the delicious and freshly prepared dishes in combination with the tastiest cocktails – prepared and shaken live – provide a unique and unforgettable experience. Tatsu also offers the possibility to pick up or deliver the tastiest dishes, in order to provide its customers with the best possible service.
