In order to be able to bring its services to customers to a broader and higher level, CaptureTech has acquired 100% of the shares of IT Innovators.
IT Innovators fits well in CaptureTech’s strategy to carry out all IT related activities for its customers. This includes server hosting, workplace management and data solutions.
DUTCH CF assisted CaptureTech in this process. She made an analysis of suitable takeover parties, approached these parties and conducted the first introductory meetings. After concrete interest, DUTCH assisted CF CaptureTech to bring the negotiations to a successful conclusion. The parties are now working to their full satisfaction on optimal IT services for their customers.
